Lara is Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations at Sibylla, where she is responsible for capital formation, investor engagement, and strategic partnerships across the firm’s global client base. She has over a decade of experience advising financial institutions, private equity funds, and asset managers on growth strategy, M&A, and capital optimisation. Prior to Sibylla, Lara held senior strategy roles at EY-Parthenon in London and Oliver Wyman in Milan, where she led strategy and transaction mandates for leading Private Equity funds and European financial institutions. Her work included commercial due diligence, fund strategy design, and portfolio value creation projects, advising both buy-side and sell-side clients on opportunities in banking, capital markets, and alternative investments.

During her tenure at EY-Parthenon, Lara played a key role in designing and launching the British Business Bank Growth Fund Partnership, a pioneering initiative to mobilise institutional capital into UK venture and illiquid assets. She also developed fundraising strategies for emerging fund managers and advised on investment vehicles in sectors such as consumer goods and data infrastructure. An Italian-British national, Lara holds a two-year Master in Public Administration (MPA) in International Development from the London School of Economics and a BSc Hons in Economics and Politics from Queen Mary University of London.  She is fluent in English and Italian, and proficient in French and German.
