Roger-Marc is a seasoned financial services executive with over 25 years of international experience spanning asset management, investment banking, fintech, and management consulting. He has built a strong record of scaling businesses, leading transformation initiatives, and strengthening governance across both global financial institutions and specialised firms. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Sibylla Genesis LLP, where he oversees the firm’s operational infrastructure and risk management framework.
Prior to joining Sibylla, Roger-Marc held senior leadership roles at several leading financial institutions, including flatexDEGIRO, Solactive, and Deutsche Bank DWS where he helped steer the index, systematic and ETF businesses in a period of high growth. He also serves as a Strategic Advisor at Shawpoint, a London-based investment banking boutique, and as a Non-Executive Director of Minerva Analytics, an ESG and proxy research provider. Roger-Marc holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s degree from the Solvay School, Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is a fellow of the Belgian American Educational Foundation. A Belgian national, he is fluent in French and English, with advanced proficiency in German and Dutch.
